Quote Validity: All quotes provided are valid for {14} days from the date of issue. Pricing is subject to change if the order details, date, or complexity are altered after acceptance.
Order Confirmation: An order is only confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable retainer/deposit ($50% of the total cost) and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Dates are held only upon receipt of the retainer.
Minimum Lead Time: All custom orders require a minimum lead time of {14} days. Orders placed with shorter notice may incur a rush fee, subject to availability.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due {7} days prior to the agreed-upon pickup or delivery date. Orders that are not paid in full by this deadline will be considered canceled, and the retainer will be forfeited.
Allergen Disclaimer: While we can offer cakes made with ingredients avoiding common allergens (e.g., gluten-free, nut-free), our kitchen handles flour, eggs, dairy, and nuts on a daily basis. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. Clients acknowledge the risk of cross-contamination.
Pickup Liability: Once the cake is picked up, the client assumes full responsibility for its transportation, handling, and display. We are not responsible for any damage occurring after the cake has left our premises.
Delivery: Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and labor. The client must ensure that a responsible party is available at the delivery location during the agreed-upon time window to accept and sign for the cake.
Changes & Cancellations
Design Changes: Minor changes to the design, flavor, or size may be requested up to {10} days before the event date, subject to approval. Significant changes may incur an additional fee. Changes requested within {7} days of the event cannot be guaranteed and may be refused.
Cancellation by Client:
If the client cancels the order more than {14} days before the event date, the retainer is forfeited.
If the client cancels the order within {14} days of the event date, the client is responsible for 100% of the total order cost, as preparation and sourcing will have already begun.
Cancellation by Us: In the rare event that 3B's Bakery must cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe illness, emergency), a full refund of all amounts paid (including the retainer) will be issued.
